He came out of an egg that a boy found off of the North Carolina coast. His mother probably washed up on a beach a few days later. He hatched inside a bizarrely cheap aquarium (given how rich its owners were, why did they buy it at the grocery superstore?) and took over Miles' life.

To date, he's:

-- blown up a playhouse
-- eaten a poodle
-- destroyed a supermarket
-- electrocuted a dogcatcher
-- beaten the crap out of a fisherman
-- miraculously healed his favorite boy
-- been shot
-- come back from the dead

And he's just getting started.
